Our Mission and Goals
Kids hunting foundation personalized hunting, was designed to create an adaptive environment where children, ages 14-18, and parents can both benefit from sharing a day, a weekend or week of hunting. Events are fully paid for and hosted throughout the U.S. Kids are partnered with an experienced hunter and with the supervision of a parent or guardian. They are shown proper hunting techniques, receive natural resources and hunting safety education. These hunting events are personalized to the hunters choice and needs.
Goals
•Expose children, who may not otherwise get the opportunity, to the sport of hunting and the outdoors.
•Encourage continued participation in hunting by developing skills in the children along with their parents.
•Increase the awareness of all participants and help strengthen family relationships and local communities.
•Offer education elements such as hunter ethics, game identification and hunting safety to youth.
•Provide education and understanding to children about hunting as a natural resource.
•Provide a meaningful and enjoyable hunting opportunity to local youth.
•Promote hunting as an alternative leisure activity.
•Develop skills that provide a lifelong hobby.
Special kids hunting program is designed so children with special needs or learning disabilities and their family members can enjoy a day of hunting. Kids and their parents will be introduced to the sport of hunting. Participants will learn the techniques of hunting from avid hunters.

•Help strengthen relationships between kids with disabilities and their parents.
•Empower disadvantaged youth for positive self growth.
•Encourage outdoor recreation as a therapeutic outlet.
•Support positive social interactions with society.
•Develop skills that provide a lifelong hobby.
Take a Warrior Hunting program is designed to support military personnel and their families, specifically targeting military members who have served our country, by creating an adaptive, community based outdoor recreation experience through the sport of hunting. Some of our events include a one week, all expenses paid hunting trip for a kid and parent.
Numerous studies have shown that traumatic events not only affect the psychological structures of the self, but also the attachment and meaning that link individuals and their families together. This program seeks to restore those disconnects, it allows military members a chance to have social interactions and bond with family members, while enjoying the sport of fishing.
